The One

Three years ago, today, I married this man.

Handsome, genuine, thoughtful, funny.

I knew he was the one for when he wrapped his arms around me, I knew I was safe.

I knew he was the one for when he smiled at me, it would make my heart skip a beat.

I knew he was the one for whenever I was around him, I didn't have to pretend to be someone else.

I knew he was the one because I can tell him absolutely anything and everything.

I knew he was the one because he loved me for me.

I knew he was the one because he fell just as fast as I did.

I knew he was the one because of the little things he did and continues to do.

I knew he was the one when his hand fit perfectly into mine...
when my head fit perfectly on his shoulder.

I knew he was the one because he loves me as much as I love him!

Distracted

{Outfit Details}
Hat:  Target (clearance), Shorts:  NY&Co., Tanks: Faded Glory, Watch: Kohls,  Jellies: Crocs

So flippin' obsessed with this hat!  I've been wanting to wear it for weeks but really never had an excuse...  there's no beach by me and no need for a big ol' hat.

But, my sister was having a garage sale and posted on Facebook that it was just her and my Godson and they were looking for some company.

With Matt working midnights, he sleeps all day.  I always get bored and super lonely and wake him with only a few hours of sleep in him.  So, I decided to keep myself distracted and headed over there.

I had so much fun playing!  Brayden definitely kept me busy... And I wondered if I was at a beach due to how soaked I got over there ;)
Sprinkler... Fire Truck...
It was worth it though...
Even convinced Brayden he had SUPER POWERS in his feet!
(He turned on and off the sprinkler by stepping on it...
Luckily he didn't see Mommy kinking the hose every time :-D)

I left an hour later than I planned, but Matt was still sound asleep when I arrived home.

That was probably the first night in awhile he slept through the whole night... errr... day.

I think I need to get distracted more... for his sake!

Also, doesn't Brayden pull off the floppy hat better than I do?
